For Screenwriters, Directors, Actors and Producers

Get the Tools and Support You Need to Bring Your Film to Life

Over the past few weeks, I’ve shared some of the unique challenges producers face—navigating isolation, building strategic plans, tackling financing, and finding resilience in the face of setbacks. These are the very reasons I created two distinct, supportive communities for producers and creators who are ready to take control of their projects and bring them to life.

If you’re looking for a dedicated, guided space to level up your producing game, here’s a bit about each group:

The Mastermind Producer Group

The Mastermind Producer Group is for film and TV producers who already have some experience in the field and want a confidential space to refine their skills, expand their network, and build stronger projects. This group provides:

  • A structured plan for getting your project financed and distributed

  • Tools to hone your leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities

  • Insights into indie financing models and budget planning

  • Resources for creating effective sales tools and a festival submission strategy

  • Access to guest speakers, co-working sessions, and a feedback hub

With two groups available, each limited to eight members, this program is designed for producers ready to dive deep, get real about their goals, and make measurable progress.

The Hybrid Producer Group

The Hybrid Producer Group is for multi-hyphenate creators—writers, directors, actors—who are ready to step into the producer’s role for their own projects. If you’ve been waiting for someone else to take the lead, this is your chance to learn the business side and start producing your work. In this group, you’ll gain:

  • A comprehensive plan for taking your screenplay from idea to production

  • Training on indie financing models and how to connect with the right investors

  • Guidance on creating visual presentations, sales tools, and festival strategies

  • Access to co-working sessions, guest speakers, and practical resources for every step of the process

  • An emotionally supportive environment focused on resilience, accountability, and skill-building

Each meeting combines structured learning with Q&A, plus opportunities for in-depth feedback on your project’s strategy.

Both groups are application-based to ensure a tight-knit, committed cohort. If one of these communities sounds like the right fit for you, I invite you to apply. Spaces are limited, so if you’re ready to take the next step, I encourage you to apply soon. You can learn more about the Mastermind here and the Moonshot Hybrid Producer Group here.

Producing is challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re serious about bringing your projects to life with the support of like-minded peers, I’d love to see you in one of these groups.

My blog aims to help people achieve their ambitious goals, their moonshot if you will. 😃 Oftentimes, though, we neglect an essential aspect of pursuing our dreams: the inevitable missteps, obstacles, and failures that come our way. Failing to acknowledge and process these losses properly can lead to imposter syndrome, burnout, low self-esteem, confusion, and even result in completely abandoning our dreams. 😟  That's why I strongly advocate for embracing grief awareness (along with other tools like values identification, knowing your why, sharpening executive function, habit forming, and more.) By doing so, we can effectively navigate challenges, regain motivation, and hit our moonshots. ✌🏾️ If you know someone who could benefit, please share this newsletter or recommend me to them. 🙏
